You know this misplaced reverence (or bher chaal) is actually drowning Pakistanis in the sea of ignorance.
Just look at your life today from morning till the next morning. Most likely 99% of your physical life is nowhere near how Prophet pbuh lived his life.
Smart people do have a connection with Prophet pbuh on SPIRITUAL level. But the physical activities in terms of travel, eating, going to office, driving, sleeping, house designs almost everything has changed to an extent, that you will utterly fail to live if you start asking this strange and misdirected question

1. Did prophet (P.B.U.H), wear pant shirt or shalwar kameez? Any single instant? HECK NO!
2. Did prophet (P.B.U.H), use tooth paste? Any single instant? HECK NO!
3. Did prophet (P.B.U.H), use propane gas to cook his food? Any single instant? HECK NO!
4. Did prophet (P.B.U.H), drive a car. If so on the left hand side or right hand side? Any single instant? HECK NO!
5. Did prophet (P.B.U.H), go to school and joined JTI or MQM? Any single instant? HECK NO!
6. Did prophet (P.B.U.H), live in an air-conditioned or heated home? Any single instant? HECK NO!
7. Did prophet (P.B.U.H), use electricity? Any single instant? HECK NO!
And the list goes on and on.
In reality both Islamists and secular Muslims are following spiritual aspects. Physical aspects of prophet (P.B.U.H) life cannot to be ditto copied. Remember he lived One THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ++ years ago.
Same goes for music. let people enjoy the music the way they like. If you don't like a particular form of music or no music at all. Then by all means DO NOT listen to music.
But for Allah's sake, do not twist our prophet (P.B.U.H) life to suit your purposes.
