Please read the article and surf for more information on this. It's out there. JF-17 Thunder is to be in first stages assembled, then produced within Pakistan.

You still didn't refute what you were saying, so Pakistan cannot export it to other nations then?

Any credible source for what you're saying, or your own assumption?
