You still didn't refute what you were saying, so Pakistan cannot export it to other nations then? Any credible source for what you're saying, or your own assumption?
Yes Vigoratus this is a significant step for Pakistan & PAF.

There is a lot of information on military aviation sites and it all points to your information being correct.

The Engines are Russian, yes, but thats it. Pakistan has made 50 percent of the monetary investment and the deal is that 60-80 percent of the manufacturing will be done in Pakistan before 2015. The project is behind schedule so it might take a couple of years more. Pakistan is actively courting buyers including the countries that you listed. They have finally decided on the radar system which one of the reasons for the delay. Russia has given a re-export license on their engines in spite of Indian objections. Along with our superiority in missile technology we will also be the first country in south Asia to reach this level of expertise in fighter plane manufacturing in a few years.

Malakand is almost clear, Fazlullah is dead or injured & the army is on the move in Waziristan. Things are looking good Once everything else is done and settled, then we can make a iskootor as well

"China is developing new technologies with Pakistan which has had access and experience with American and French planes–something that the Chinese do not have. Chinese technology exports to Pakistan: JF-17 Thunder, J-10s, J-11s. This alliance has propelled the aircraft manufacturing of China to new levels and given the Pakistanis access to Chinese acumen which it did not have before."

"Indigenous Pakistani Weapons
* H-2 Stand-off glide bomb (60 KM)
* H-4 Stand-off powered glide bomb (120 KM)
* Ra’adStand-off cruise mssile (350 KM)
* HAFR-2 Anti-Runway bomb"

"Pakistan is in midst of building about 500 JF-17 Thunder fighters, probably the biggest build up of planes in the history of the world. This is one of the greatest achievements of the Pakistani government in the past 8 years. This project removes the Pakistani defense from the shackles of foreign government. One can argue about the comparison with 4th generation American state-of-the-art planes, but this much is clear—it was designed for Pakistan, and is being produced in Pakistan."

The “Aviation Week & Space Technology” magazine reported in November 2006 that “Pakistani officials expect the first contract for 16 aircraft (split equally with China) to be awarded next year, with deliveries as early as 2007. A full-rate production contract would follow around 2009. Initially, Pakistan will provide 58% of the parts, but that is supposed to increase gradually to 100%."

"Pakistan is making the rounds of Arab allies talking about its new fighter-jet. Officials said Pakistan has briefed such countries as Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Lebanon, Morocco, Saudi Arabia and Sudan on the new fighter, jointly developed with China. Under an agreement with Beijing, a majority of the JF-17 could be produced and assembled in Pakistan. The airplane would reach close to the capabilities of existing U.S. and Russian aircraft, but for about half the price," an official said.""

"“Pakistan and China have established a joint marketing organization to promote international sales of their JF-17 ‘Thunder’ fighter aircraft, the head of the main Pakistani arms export agency has told Jane’s. Major General Muhammad Farooq, director general of Pakistan’s Defence Export Promotion Organisation (DEPO), described the JF-17 in early April as an ideal “choice for countries which are mindful of their finances.” Janes Defence Weekly."

"if French companies sell radar and missiles to Pakistan, they don't sell the know-how necessary to build such systems from scratch. Clearly, bits of the source code needed to integrate the components into the JF-17 will be transferred by the French to the Pakistanis. Missile-radar integration and avionics will be developed by France and Pakistan, with the Chinese contribution focused on hardware."
