Kalay chanay ka pulao??? I am learning new things here. I am familiar with sufaid chanay ka pulao but I guess it's same thing just different chanay.

But with kalay chanay, don't we have "kalay chanay ka saalan (shorba)" serving on top of rice? again different ways of different people I guess
