Madrassah craze is very very old. You can trace the roots of Mullah-terror back in Jamat Islami of 1950s, so ably lead by Mullah Maudoodi.
It is just that Mullah-terror forgot their real master and took on the state starting in early 1990s. And that my innocent bhai, was a bad bad bad mistake.
Unfortunately Mullah-terror hasn't realized even today and that's the reason Mian Channu's kafir hafiz stored bumbs and killed Quran reading kids.
