Meray Bhai, Every weapon supplier in the world can be reliable in one moment and totally unreliable in another.
China or S. Africa are not our chachas and Mamas. They play according to their interests. When those interests clash with supplying weapons to a third country, then there are no weapons.
Just remember this.

If US/EU are not reliable, then so is Pakistan.
Therefore,
If we become reliable members of the US/EU club like Japan and S. Korea, then we can have whatever we need.
