1 ) Set a Budget !
2) Important things to look for......desi groceries nearby , mosque , clean area , easy commute !
3) Best place to start would be nearest to your school/work and then keep going out
4) Always check the Apartment ratings online . Will tell you a lot about cleanliness ,maintenance and general living conditions .
