umm no its not like sheesha,, u dont smoke it,, u keep a small amount between ur lower (in some cases upper) lip and gums.umm not exactl lip,, but inner mouth i,d say... its sorta feels minty n u tend to feel the flavour moving through the surface of gums and inner lip/mouth... u can feel it going all the way to ur head n u feel relaxed n calm.

yea, in paki.. one of my uncle, used to do it.. he quit..lol.

I've seen some people doing naswaar .. well actually my grandma and grandpa and no we are not pathans but punjabis. Whatr I've noticed that naswaar has a stinky smell, its actually green colour and it's ichy and makes u sneese if you happen to get it near your nose. Yes its put in the between the teeths in the mouth. I think people just keep it there and slowly take in the juices. I just did not understand why they took naswaar but then I never asked them. I am glad that my parents never did take naswaar or smoked. Well I have seen that its not something that the educated and classy people do in pakistan anymore. I think the disadvantage of naswaar is that you get addicted and it ruins your teeth and it can cause cancer. All this is enough for me to never even touch naswaar and the fact that it stinks like hell !

oh btw if you want to get high then there are many healthy ways to get the high and that dizzy feeling. Try spinning around in a circle for 5 minutes ... dizzines garantied.
