has anyone actually ever won? Every time I have been to the court I see ppl fighting for em but I have never seen anyone win, they always end up getting the ticket plus the points even if they are like dieing...yeah I got another speeding ticket
last time the officer said it awsnt gonna be on my record, so that means he cant see it either, right? I got it more than a year ago, so I am thinking even if I was on probation its over by now...so anyways would telling em I was late for work help?

depends on your case and the way you put it.. I got this speeding ticket and I won the case because of two reasons.. firstly, it was an estimated speed not taken by the radar (even though the cop was right) and secondly it was new route for me as well as hardly any traffic there and the speed limit just changed from 65 to 55 and I didn't realize that I was still at 73, so the cop gave me this speeding ticket but he culdn't prove it because he marked estimated on my ticket. Moreover, they just changed my $190 speeding ticket into the warning as I had a clean record since I got my license.

now go and fight for your ticket, you can win depending how masoom you look when you appear in the court, yep part of my winning the appeal was the :most bechari student: look on my face.
