No, I dont like her as a person, she is loud and obnoxious, but she was sexy once in her youth.
I was reading on dailytimes and everybody was raving bout Meera's performance.
Everyone except Amna Haq looked nice. Actually Atthar and Shahzad looked really blah wearing matching velvet coats.

"YAS YAS"......that's how MEERA acknowledges...when in affirmity with someone. I have met her quite a few times at dinners and recordings. She is quite a dodo but not as high on percentage as Amna Haq... who has a very severe and serious attitude problem and the fact that she thinks that she is residing in France or USA...completely MOTHER-PIDDAR azad !!! no qabo on herself..her blatant acts in functions and her outright ranty styles! She has never showed her attitude to me (having worked in some serials and plays infact as my daughter also) ...and she dare not.....but generally....people do not think kind of her due to her highly arrogant attitude.
I thought Juggan looked very nice...so did Nadia.
Nadya Mistry..I believe was the face of the year!?
Lucky she got it.....otherwise she too has serious issues on attitude! and the very reason people stay away from her Park Towers-Clifton outlet.
MAHEEN KHAN..my very good friend...says that 'yaar kiya face of the year...yehan subb hee faces hein'
Aap ka kiya profession hai? Do you work?
Khush Rahein....

It was MEHREEN !
Jahan tukk WESTERN attire ka ta'alluq hai...that is something which is in the BLOOD of our FASHION society. BUSS CHALAY TOU...Westerners ko bhi maat de dein!! and that is one point where I fight with Vinny, Nadia and Zainab (Zee Q) all the time and they keep 'taalowing' it by saying "Araay Raju Mamoon....ice cream khilaney chalein...araay...Roaster chalein..." with that lufantar chaheetaa of mine---Humayun Saeed as their support..!!
Good to know that you work and even good to know that you are in Kangrooland...and possibly Sydney? as my niece Saadia and another niece Zahra...are settled there.
Australia is a good place..though very far BUT an exciting place. I loved my four months stay in 1999-2000 with Pak Cricket team as Media Manager...and really enjoyed the place.
Khush Rahein....

Abhi tou paper work ho raha hai...Humayun ke serial ka...jo Noorul Huda Shah likh rahee hein...to be recorded in Australia...most probably 2nd half...late of 2k8.
When we come--will let you know but restrict your autograph hunt for Vinny, Tooba Siddiqui, Ayesha Khan,Jr, Zee Q, Adnan Siddiqui, Aijazz Aslam, Sunita Marshall and Uzma Gillani...who are in cast besides me and Humayun himself.
I'll visit your thread...and I normally do....visit all threads....at the end of my GS session...and most of the threads have one smiley or one liner..smarty dialogue discussion going on...for NO rhyme or reason! and reaching nowhere...
Khush Rahein....

Aisi haansne ki baat bhi nahin hai.. agarr aap mein confidence hai..
tou kiyon nahin. Baat saari confidence ki hoti hai. Dialogue delivery aur face expressions naturally aajatay hein...asall mas'ala hota hai....5000 watts bulb ki light k samne dialogue bolna....THAT is the real test (of the nerves and the camera fear!) aur woh agarr pass kar liya tou Aishwarya ki bhi aisi taisi hosakti hai......!
Kiyon nahin jee....zaroor deingay apko koi starters wala role jismein kuchh bolna ho...wolna ho....lines houn..aur phirr hum ne tou Malaysia, Dubai aur Scotland wagheira mein apne Pakistanioun se acchay acchay role kar wai hein....

You are the best
A year ago or something, there was a pilot of Pakistani drama being filmed in Sydney, it had some senior female artist in it, i forgot her name.
They offered me to play the role of a woman in an abusive marriage but the guy who was doing the casting was so sleazy, i turned it down. It wasnt confidence, just the uncomfortable surroundings.

You are talking about Sultana Sidiqui's HUM TV serial by Noor which was recorded in Sydney..where Faysal Qureshi, Ayesha Khan,Jr and others did recording.
You know----way back in Dec-99, both; myself and Wasim Akram scaled the stairs of Sydney Harbor Bridge for going on TOP chained..while the scaredy cats Inzamamul Haq and Saeed Anwar preferred to stay below and took THOMAS COOK boat cruise instead.

I think it was, I cant be sure, I was given a two page script.
Aaaah so you have climbed the Bridge Good stuff k:
You have to very fit and in shape to climb it, they dont let everyone do it.
The view from the top is breath taking but they donot allow people to carry cameras or any loose items when climbing.

The very reason why i could take only this picture! right near the Harbor Bridge after the climb. You are right about their nakhras but I convinced them of my mental capability and that of having climbed mountains at Nepal in 1990.........

Well....I went to the DARLING Harbor also....and to Capt Cook's island and of course...to the Sydney Cricket Ground where we had an ODI with India..which we won...then to the TV Tower.....and also took long rides on their Metro plus a Sydney trip by HARLEY DAVIDSON motorbike too.
We stayed at Hilton...and had a ball of a time....!
Ye tasveer parsoun ki hai...aik recording k waqt..when my solo take was in action for a CNBC TV show...

What am I doing at GS ?
For starters----I was sailing through a few threads and segments and finally...having come to know what's al this GS about.....I decided to become a 'missionary' and a guide to many a disarrays I observed.
I try to make ammends---wherever necessaryand have also embarked upon some crazy crusades of disseminating some facts, infos, music/fun trivias etc through various threads..and I enjoy it...during the lunch breaks at office and mostly before I go to sleep..daily. I enjoy all that and I find it my solemn duty that whatever I have learn't from my experiences and studies...MUST be shared with others.
I may be of age...but I am still a very enthusiastic--young lad at heart and soul....and I hope I remain like that....always.
No..there are not many in fact none that i know of..though I did loop in Javeria Abbasi...but she is overloaded with work...in fact in India now for Raj Kumar Santoshi's movie.
Humayun Saeed's sis in law...I think is a member..and I have some serious doubts on some pseudonyms...who could be from showbiz.
ARJAY stands for RAJU JAMIL...my TV name.
I wont ask you your name....but would like to know it.
Khush Rahein........

Classic Quotes by Toni Morrison (1931- ) American Author
All water has a perfect memory and is forever trying to get
back to where it was.
--------------------
If there's a book you really want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it.
--------------------
If you surrendered to the air, you could ride it.
--------------------
If you're going to hold someone down you're going to have to hold on by the other end of the chain. You are confined by your own repression.
--------------------
She is a friend of mind. She gather me, man. The pieces I am, she gather them and give them back to me in all the right order. It's good, you know, when you got a woman who is a friend of your mind.
--------------------
The ability of writers to imagine what is not the self, to familiarize the strange and mystify the familiar, is the test of their power.
--------------------
There is really nothing more to say-except why. But since why is difficult to handle, one must take refuge in how.
--------------------
When there is pain, there are no words. All pain is the same.
