dear all , even 2 weeks r still left for the month of Ramdhaan to start but i've already started to think how not to slowed down during this time , the way it happened to me every year , so need suggestions that how to control sleeplessness , caffeine cravings and ofcoarse fatigue while fasting , in a way so these would not slow me down this year , as i've so much to do during & after Ramdhan and wan't to spend my days efficiently .

Take some vitamin and mineral supplements to keep you perked up but start them at least one week before the start of Ramadan. That will help you fight your caffeine addiction and sleepiness as for hunger that is the whole purpose of fasting to feel hunger and thirst .

If you helping others on GS in resolving there problems and issues it is an abadat too.
Contrary to common belief Abadat does not necessarily mean sitting on a musalah/ja namaz/prayer rug and chanting name of Allah(swt).
Being Muslim is a 24x7x365 job , if each second of your life is spent according to will of Allah it is Abadat. If a Muslims is sleeping with the intention that sleep will make him/her fresh for next few hours to spend those few hours helping others and performing mandatory abadat then even that sleep will be counted as abadat.
So if you are flooding with the intention that it will help you freshin up for next round of being a good Muslim that will be counted as abadat. Just kidding I got carried away.

i think eating healthy & moderately + having a good sleep( from ishaa till sahar) routine would help too & little activity during the day ................ so that one won't slow down

The month of fasting is about subduing the nafs into a state of submission. A wisdom in Taraweeh prayer is that it delays the sleep, waking up for sahoor delays the sleep, not eating makes one hungry, and puts a block to talking profusely, extra prayer adds to God-consciousness and curbs the mind from thinking evil.
Plentiful food, sleep and extra time are a recipe for the indulgence of evil. Except for those who have subdued their nafs. I am not one of them, inshaAllah am trying.
Read Surah Al-Asr
We are chasing the clock ... we have no time. But Ramadan will not take that away from us. For sure those who pray regularly, operate in truth and exercise patience for them "time" will not be a dimension that is being contended with. It will work for them. Not my words ... The Qur'an.
So don't be afraid of Ramadan causing issues of time loss ... if done properly your time will have more barakah ... and we should pray for that too. Try to get a lot of work done in the mornings and if possible start earlier.
Taking what bro Mirch said into account he is right that hunger and thirst are supposed to be felt, but I would extend that and claim that sleepiness is also intended.
The Prophet(SAW) said:
"I am leaving you two things and you will never go astray as long as you cling to them -- they are the Book of Allah and my Sunnah." [Reported by Al- Haakim - Sahih].
