There are times some adults make u wonder how they are even legally allowed to be responsible let alone make decisons about important things.
Then there are your youngsters nowadays that shock you by their astuteness and level of maturity ! They are wise beyond their years !
Have U come across these new breed of youngsters that are 13 going on 30 ?
Where and how do you suppose they attain this wisdom ?
Guns don't kill people ! Dads with pretty daughters Do !

They probably get it from the adults who are 30 going 13 and on their midway meet, exchange the wisdom.

There are a mix of people in society, some people grew up faster
whilst others like to live in their happy little bubbles.

I guess God keeps upgrading the kind of version he installs in these kids as and when they're sent to earth!

It's a fact that average IQ is going up by 3-4 points per decade. what it has to do with maturity and how it is reflected in human behaviour is a different study. Maturity is not being OLD, it's about one's emotional/physical response to different circumstances. A person with higher intelligence is more likely to respond rationally to a situation than an emotional being. These rationale responses are then translated as maturity.
