Cats are adorable things, so mischievous yet so cute, like a sharaarti bacha.
I love my cat. Cats are so much better than dogs, I had a pitbull which I got as a puppy, I bottle fed him and brought him up and how does he repay me? By trying to attack me when I tried stopping it from destroying our furniture, he'd start foaming and perk his ears up if my little cousins wanted to stroke him, and he smelttt no matter how much I bathed him, not to mention he use to sh!t everywhere.
Then I got rid of him and got my cat, she is a darling, my little lady, she never smells because she regularly grooms herself, I didn't even have to litter train her she just knew instinctively to use a litter tray and bury her poo, she's also the most affectionate things ever, she sleeps on my chest but she's not in my face when I'm busy, she's great with kids too... Not to mention she's paak so I don't have to change my clothes for prayer.
Getting back to your question, I was researching random cat stuff yesterday and this is what I found:
Quote:
Why do some cats put their toys in their water or food dish?
Cats look upon their food area as part of their territory, and that particular area of their territory usually doesn't change from day to day - so the cats are likely putting their favorite toys away in a "safe" place. Some cats will consistently put away their toys when they're through playing with them - you might try putting your cat's toys in a small basket near one of his favorite spots and see if he will put them away on his own.
