So it's coming out tomorrow. I'm hoping to get it tomorrow morning before coming to work. Anyone else planning to get it? I'd like to try online coop sometimes. If anyone wants to meet up on Live, my gamertag is URTV666.

I just picked it up from Best Buy on my way to work today. I got a nice lancer key chain and a bottle opener. I hope to try it later when I get home.

Im so waiting for this one.

Hopefully the game is much longer than the previous one.
It took me a few days to finish it off and then twiddle my thumbs

I haven't played much of the first one so I don't know. However according to the IGN UK review, it says the campaign is about 10 hours long.

Finished it 2 weeks ago (retail version)

Bloody amazing.

It's a shock for me to like a shooter but apart from the rare occasion when the game switched to driving or on rails blaster, the game never disappointed me.

The game paced itself so well that even when getting set upon by loads of Locust, I never felt overwhelmed.

Oh and make sure you watch to the end of the credits for a little something extra.

I can't see myself getting any of the difficultly achievements, as I died quite often on the easy setting, but I'm looking forward to playing through again to get some of the weapon and finishing move ones.

Other than that completed fable 2, far cry 2 aswell (teekay laga laga kar hashar ho gya tha)

Started playing Call of Duty - World at War today (spent hardly an hour)

My gamertag is lahoria add me for live.

The secound game for me is a polished up version of the first, however it is a great game and well worth getting, especially good online.

The key to finishing the game on the difficult setting is to use Cover.

Samad, I've added lahoria, look forward to seeing you on live.

I like games on Sports / FIFA / Cricket and i also like racing or u can say I m obsessed with NFS.

but games like Call of Duty , Commandos , Delta Fouce, IGI etc . . can really make u forget all other games. Gamer can not lose interest in such games where as u can lose ur interest in Cricket - FIFA . .

I disagree with that. Gears of War 2 was a great game but there are a lot of other great games available.

The above ones are the ones I own and can recommend. Others that I don't own yet, but would like to play include:

Ninja Gaiden 2
Silent Hill Homecoming

I'll update this as I remember other games that I believe should be on this list.

Devil May Cry 4 is a great game, and one which I've spent most time playing, even more then GTA IV, Call of Duty 4, Gears of War 2 and Halo 3, all of which I own.

I am not sure about Silent Hill Homecoming, not played this game so I cant comment, however Ninja Gaiden 2, I have played and owned, but its a game which I would'nt recommend, because its very difficult and unfair, and highly frustrating, so steer clear.

Lol.. the name Gears of war sounds so familiar so i had to read more posts.. I remember playing it first time with my ex fiance's place with his friends all over at his place.. and i played it for the the first time and much much better than his friends... it was awfully hilarious! It was plain stupid because i was laughing aloud and two of his friends were annoyed and amazed at the same time..
