I started making out the first char. and will post here as soon as I am done 
I now need to create a mob (enemy characters)
Oh by the way. If you are good with arts then I must share this with you. I use GIMP tool for drawing. Its easy and its free. 
This is the level one of game designing / development and a test run to be precise.

Graphic designer =/= drawer =P
It has to do with programming and modeling thats where Graphic Designing comes. =)
EDIT: I think  I've never been to Graphic designer's field.

No ....lol Its called Texturing in 3d world
Since you are making a model and putting a banner on it..
But it sounds like making a texture image which can be implimented in Website as a banner / back ground / or implimented to 3d model.
