have u tried left4dead 4 player coop mode?
its awesomeeeeeeeeee.
u go through all levels, helping each other out
if u dont help each other out u'll lose
epic fun game

I'll just add PSO to one of my favorite multiplayer games. Dead or Alive 2's tag team mode was an awesome multiplayer experience.
