in this clip AMANAT CHAND sings a song KAI WARI MEIN KHABAR PARI AKHBARAN WICH

I love this song but i cannot find it. I searched so much but without any success. I was wondering if anybody can give me this song link / singer name / complete song details. I don't know who sang it etc etc so cannot find it.

I dont think so its a proper song by any singer but its a poetry that amanat chann used to tune it himself a bit
