I agree all have ups and downs ... and thats why i kept trying to deal with fashionveeer ... if i was being unreasonable, i would have demanded my money back ... or if she felt i was that unbearbale, she could have just refunded.
after i questioned her, she made up her mind how she wanted to deal with .. simple as.
and like i said it before ... i gave her a timeframe that she was happy with. and i was aware that not everything goes to plan and my time frame accomodated for that.
even the fact that everything may go terribly wrong as i hadnt dealt with her before.

Did you reci the other order you made after all the trouble you had with fashion veer? Just wondered how it turned out and who you placed the order with.

I have a feeling what 'Bradistan' stands for ... so why did u have to turn online if you have soo many shops around you ... and i know of a couple in your area that does custom design or at least custom tailor u an outfit for one of the designs in their shops ...
Unfortunately, I havent got my money after the trouble with fashionveer ...
even before all that thread started, i had a feeling and bought at least one outfit for the nikah and after wards bought the gharara that someone had ordered but changed their mind ... i asked the guy to keep it for awhile before shipping it back ... and good thing i did ... i really like it ... i'll try to post pics when i can ... but i'll be away for awhile for the wedding, so maybe after the wedding now.
i would like to see your before and after pic?

Yes, I'm from good old Bradford, the shops here did'nt have what I was looking for, they seem to stock designs from last season and are not really up to date, there's Rani's in bfd that offer custom made but some of ther designs are a bit whacky for me. Bombay stores charge a fortune and use crap materail in my view.
I will post pics when I wear the outfit, we have another close family wed in Aug so will have to grin n wear it on one of 14 days of non stop celebrations, our weddings really do go on, it wud be alrgt if they were all into havin fun but some of our relations are just plain boring!
Anyway have fun at the wedding your attending, is it yours by the way?

I've never had so much trouble ordering online before, I placed an order on the 1st of July but i got an error message "payment was declined - your order was lost" I decided to email them for some help but I never got a reply, 1 week later they decide to take payment from my account! and yet my order is still set at Not Finished, Ive continuously sent emails but again no-one has bothered to get back to me, so I have no idea whats going on looks like Ive just lost my money, unless I can get some help I don't think I'll be ordering from Indusmart again.

For anyone still following this thread here is a pic of the outfit I reci from Indusmart, I was supposed to reci sum plain red trousers last week but theres no sign of them yet! It was agreed with Junaid that rather than sending the kameez back for alteration he would send me some plain red trousers instead but like I said they are not here yet, I was also suposed to recieve $25 for the missing ring from the set I ordered but nothing ther either.
Gonna try adding the photo now, lets hope this works!

Hello all,
I wear SK all the time so I need outfits for all occasions, having lived in London and the US, it's really hard to get good outfits out here. So in the past two years I have ordered from 6 different websites, over 30 suits, a range of prices.
So far the best fabric, prices, stitching, attention to detail and original designs has been Indusmart. (although their newer designs are very expensive now)
The company with the worst customer service, slowest delivery time and mess ups has also been Indusmart.
Same old story, although I could beat you all in terms of when I ordered my suits - I ordered in December 07 and was missing one item, and again in Feb when two items were missing, so a total of 3 suits. I have repeatedly emailed Junaid but I get an average of 1 email a month saying he'll give a refund or rebate... so now its August.
The only reason I have been so patient is that his outfits were worth the wait. So, Mr. Junaid, I don't want to badmouth you but this is the only place I think I can get your attention, please look into order 2970 and 3124. I want to continue ordering from you but it's getting a little ridiculous waiting 9 months for an outfit don't you think?

I was having a similar problem with Indus Mart. I ordered clothes worth $1150 but they never replied to my emails or phone calls and when my order finally got delivered it had only 1 shalwar and 1 dupatta. I simply went to my bank and claimed a refund.

well as far as you are concerned you have never been our customer and you had already been exposed here on this threads Purchasing kaprey from online never quoted your order number and your association with a business is known as well from your history
chill out.

If u previously had a problem with indusmart ( as see in thread "purchasing kaparai online") y would you buy from this company again Hira.
If you cannot deliver to your customers (as seen in many threads about Fashion veer and my first hand experience) y not let another company, deliver??
I am a prevoius customer of Fashion veer and she told me she is cat cat, and I thought she was all good untill
 she struck on me
she told me alot of lies and I had to experience it my self and lost out, now she is making up lies about indusmart, I think checks need to be done to detemine she is Hira shahab kazi.
she shouldnt be able to get away wid it!!

Hira u must of got annoyed cause u have been exposed!!
I wasnt an unsatisfied customer, when u told me about cat cat and about your battle wid indusmart Hira, I was happy wid the service I received until I received rubbish, and u stopped pickin up your phone and ignored my emails.
clarify who u r to junaid, if u r a customer give him your order details!!
And why did u purchase wid indusmart again after they messed up your last order???
I am not gonna steep so low to swear on a public forum, my parents have brought me up better.
Your behavour and unprofessionalism including bad language has previously been shown with other unsatisfied customers.
And remember Hira when u do bad to others bad will happen to u!!

Hi,
Thanks Mr. Junaid, I look forward to receiving my order. I plan to wear it for eid. BTW, are you resuming your line of casual wear? That page has gone missing. I am a little hesitant to order again because of past delays, but my sis in law is still keen on your site and wants to take a chance again.
thanks,

casual line: surely we plan to resume our semi formals line and this time it would special inshAllah but may take few months as designs are in pipeline.
order delays were specific reason why we had to abandon casual line for a while as we were unable to meet the deadlines also over past year we had changed our priorities and we were focusing less on casuals and more on speciality clothing.
please go ahead and order again the products that are on site would be delivered in timely manner, but if you plan to buy for eid then please do get approval first as we would be closing eid bookings today.

i would just like to say Junaid ..... i have been reading your posts for quite a few months now, since when u and hira where bashing each other....
i was a customer of fashion veer back then and i didnt know who to believe but hira reassured me that certain people where liars on this forum and where just out to close her buisness down...
i had trusted hira and she let me down big time she ran off with my money and never gave me anything in return........she told me so many lies e.g. tht precious princes's family where outside her house and had shot her,, there was a girl who was her relation on this forum who was out to destroy her, these are some of the lies she told me..........but any ways i have never seen you insult your customers and have got back to them "Customer is always right" this is wat hira said pitty she didnt take her own advice...
for me personally i dont think i will be doing online shopping agian from pakistan, with the experiance i have had but i wish you all the luck because you know how to look after your customers and by looking after them they will definitely come back.
any how i have been doing sme research and Hira from Fashion Veer is a big time fruad and is just money greedy, and people who are customers of hers (at the moment) wont believe me i know, coz i didnt believe the people on this forum either, by the time you do relize it would have been to late like in my situation.
well u live and u learn!

Just an update,
I got my delivery from Indusmart today, and as promised it was before Eid. The material is beautiful crepe silk, and everything Mr. Junaid says on his website is true: hand finished, hand embroidered details, nice lining not the horrible cheap stuff, pure jamavar piping, overlocked seams, hidden zipper, just beautiful and reasonable price.
But............ isn't there always a but? It's short sleeved. I don't wear short sleeves, I ordered full sleeves.
My husband saw the package when it arrived, and well after all the hundreds of dollars wasted online he put his foot down. I am banned from online shopping and to be honest I have had it also. So, after 2 years, suits from indusmart, kaneesha, rupayat fashions, ladyline, designersalwarkameez, runalaila, and others, I am done.
The outfits I have had from indusmart have been worth it, delivered late or not at all, I still wear them and have recieved compliments even on $50 outfits. When he gets it right, it works out well.
So as a testament to my folly, or desperation, I shall not return the outfit or ask for money back, it will hang in my wardrobe to remind me - never again will I google: salwar kameez and waste time chasing this dream of being well dressed.
Never again will I wait anxiously for the fedex guy to come to the door, oh! the heart racing moments of tearing open a package, the joy of a well made suit and the more common desperate howl of pain when it's not right or somethings missing. Never again will I subject my friends to my almost-tearful phone calls "I got my suit today, it's terrible what am I going to do?"
I will go back to buying overpriced, badly tailored, 3 hours to alter, iffy fabric, iffier sewing, choice of 3 or 4 long sleeve suits in a store of 300+ suits, in the local indian store.
I'm done.

my apologies for sleeves error, most probably dress style was followed.
i would send you the reasons via email.
i would try my level best to deliver you shirt separately before eid or on morning of eid day & inshAllah would be done.

Thanks Junaid but it's ok. I don't want you to incur extra expenses, please don't go to any trouble. One of these days, when my husband relents, I will order again and I'm sure you'll take care of me.
To everyone else thinking of ordering online, I definitely recommend Indusmart. After all the experience I've had, no other company compares. yes, there are some problems, but even buying from a store, you take it home and no longer like it, or somethings wrong that you didn't notice beforehand, or you buy a size too small/too big fooling yourself that it will fit properely, or the kameez fits great but you didn't notice the churidhar/patyala/weird salwar style lurking behind the dupatta, we've all done that right?
as for previous posts about high price | |
