If you are not in Pakistan then you should try merishopping . com. Just ordered some clothes from them for my wife. Cheap and great service.

How expensive can ordering get btw? All those designer suits look way too expensive for me :S
I don't know if readymade or durzi ones are better? I've heard so many opinions on it I'm still confused...

If you are really interested check out these guys. My wife haven't received her clothes yet but have seen them made on video skype chat. They let you shop online via web cam and voice chat so you are basically talking to the sales agent while looking at your clothes before buying them.
I love promoting these guys already!!! Its just like you are in the shop in Pakistan. For example yesterday my wife was discussing about how her Gala's Karhai should be... I was shocked when sales agent called the guy who will do Karhai right in the shop and my wife explained what she needed very easily. So check them out... merishopping . com
