Noname oh please I am not lying I emailed you and you came back to me to days later! Fair enough u were busy or whatever that isnt the issue here the problem is the poor quality of the material as you claimed it to be of such high quality!

well i havent worn my outfit yet, but my embroidery was a little loose, i mean the stones etc, but other then that i cant really say anything as a second customer of hers.
But hopefully i do not hope to get the same problem, inshallah.
But sad to hear about your outfit.
Maybe she thought she did get a good quality outfit, but sadly by bad luck it turned out not so great?
i do not know. As mentioned i havent worn my outfit yet.
Good luck, hope you guys get this solved soon.

Reality Check I hope you dont have the same problem although I think it was just that outfit Karma pink that the material was off poor quality..
inshallah that wont happen to yours & u can wear it more than once....
mine is now not wearable 2nd time round at all the salwaar is a state and the kameez well thats ok apart from the arms and a few beads missing and the odd bit off fluff coming off
Wouldnt bother me much if the outfit was cheap but it wasnt

Can we see photos? Is the material coming apart close to the stitching? Because from what you say about the arms it does sound like it. Although if a good quality silk is used, it really shouldn't happen.
As for beads and things coming off here and there, on heavily worked outfits that's nearly always the case. Threads can easily be broken on the back side causing the beads etc to come off. This is why I now spend the extra on my formals and get them from my designer guy; I can keep wearing them without them looking tatty. Lining on formals is really important too, to protect the kaam from the back side.
The Karma pink copy is not a light outfit, I think for really good quality (in terms of all 3 fabric, kaam and stitching), I think you would need to expect to pay even more these days.
The kameez sounds like it's more or less still okay and if noname sends you a new shalwar, it sounds like it will be wearable again.

Stopit the material is coming apart I will attach a picture but it isnt that clear..
Theres 2 pictures I have taken one of the bottom of the salwaar that is ok adn the other of the top where it rubs on the thighs and what it has done to the material..
I know beads tend to come off and I dont expect them to be perfectly intact however the material shouldnt really have done what it had done..
I have brought a few raw silk suits and paid a little less than what I did for this one and thats just perfect..

Heavy work does do that - but the suit is stitched with lining. Plus the karma pink has diamontees on it and they sometimes rub on the fabric and since it has 'metal jaws' underneath the stones they can get stuck in the fabric threads - it happens sometimes , mostly on chiffaun but sometimes on raw silk too.
And as i said before i will get you a new shalwar (your choice of fabric) WITHOUT THE DELIVERY CHARGE.

Shazzy:is it half sleeved? Sometimes a halfsleeved outfit entangles with the fabric below underarm area due to stone work..
