Salaam..
I recently purchased a Karma Pink copy from Nonameismyname. I wore this outfit for the first time on sunday & receieved compliments on how good it looked. When I got home that even ing I noticed whilst hanging up the outfit that to my horror some of the beads had come off from the kameez and the worst was the state of the salwaar just after a few hours of wearing the material was of such poor quality that it was literally coming apart.
This is my first time buying from a guppy online and whereas the initial buying experience was excellent the outfit it self wasnt great at all!
As you can imagine I am very annoyed that this has happened to a suit that she claims I quote "They are all made with excellent quality material, In embellishments and Fabrics.
Clearly my suit states otherwise!
I have no idea how to attach a picture of the damage to the salwaar but when I figure it out I shall attach a pic..
Now I am left with a suit that wasnt cheap & only get to wear it once as it really isnt wearable the 2nd time round!
I dont know the material or quality of all her other suits as I havent brought any I am just giving you feedback on my outfit I brought the Karma Pink..

Your review AFTER having received and checked the dress:
My Experience with Nonameismyname..
QUote
"Outfit/Material/Fitting
I ordered the baby pink with silver kaam on it & the pictures she posted doesnt do the outfit any justice at all its simply amazing the kaam the crystals it blings & is lovely its definitly as described by her she said I would love it and she was right I sure do.. and the fitting is just perfect made to the exact measurements that I had given "
You have complained about the shalwar, The shalwar you ordered was raw silk and you have agreed that YES it is raw silk in your emails, but you insist that it got damaged BECAUSE of the material and not 'how you wore it' or anything having to do with you - Without asking any questions i have promised you a new one.
I still don't get it? If you had an issue you should have resolved it with me first and if i can't satisfy you as a customer than you have all the right to say what you want.

Err excuse me I did come to you & all you offered me was a new crape salwaar what about the damage to the kameez the beads falling off and the material coming apart underneath the arms I have emailed you many a times to see what you would do for me but you only offered me a new salwaar..
what u mean how I wore it! I wore it like you would wear a salwaar to a wedding!
Bottom line is this outfit was clearly of poor material!

I had ASKED you if you wanted a raw silk shalwar or a GRIP shalwar the next time?
And asked for an image of the shirt?
You have praised the shirt QUALITY wise and LOOK wise when you received it - You complained about the shalwar and i have promised you a new one... Am i missing something here?
Where did the crepe thing come from?

AND as i said before you could have done this VIA email as we were communicating there right?
Why did you feel the need to make it public here?
I promised you a shalwar and asked for an IMAGE of the shirt? Why did you feel the need to do this?

Noname I praised the quality & look when I received the outfit it looked good no doubt about it however after only a few hours of wearing it, the ugly truth comes out that this material is off very poor quality!

I emailed you 2 days ago without a response plus I thought it would be only fair to let the guppies on here know about the quality of material..

The material is Raw Silk, thats what you ordered? and thats what you agreed you got? AND i am still ready to see an image of the shirt.
AGAIN: It was only fair that we resolved this through email as we discussed and after that IF you weren't satisfied you brought this here.

I understand where your coming from but it would've made a huge difference if you correspondence was clear and true to start with.
> You complained i promised you a crepe shalwar: Not True!
>You complained i don't respond to your emails: Not True!
>You complained about the shirt: I asked for an Image... and you haven't sent it yet.
It is wrong even to mention the shirt when i havent even had a look at!
This is totally unfair.

Agreed the kameez is an issue I did briefly tell you about but I will take pictures as I did with the salwaar and show you..
The point of this thread is to let the guppies know about the poor quality of the material the karma pink..

There are three emails you sent me on 30 June and ALL of them have been replied TO asap!
One about: If i want to sell you a TNM black and pink... Replied!
One about: Giving me your account information so i can send you money back... Replied and Money sent!
One about: The shirt... Replied! as i asked for an image several times.
There are only two emails that i have replied to today:
One that i have mentioned above
AND the other has been replied to within 4 minutes!
I am clueless to what made you do this... I am out for now, if you have anything urgent to say email me so i can reply you asap as i have in the past.

The quality of the outfit Was praised by you, The shalwar will be replaced. What I am clueless about is why you came here rather than discussing this on email like before????
Good Going.
Also you even have my phone number which you have used several times to MSG, Why then you complained about me not replying? Which I clearly DID even through email??? Why lie?

Shazzy sometimes if your clothes are fitted the material does tend to come apart from the stitching area. A couple of suits I bought from pak. had the same problem.
