Yeehaw

This is only available for Toronto Area.
Has anyone used this service for their home phone?
How reliable is it? I need to cut down what Bell is charging me....it is ridiculous. And they have gone up few bucks again past month.

I have Rogers fast speed internet and I was wondering it will work well with it.

Toronto Home Phone Service Provider | Telehop

Telehop | HOMEPHONE

There are few drawbacks like you cannot use any other long distance service on this phone, but you can use the calling card. You also need to rent the adapter for $4.99/month.
I am also concerned about the interruptions. If Rogers internet service goes down, then call will get inturrupted and you might get disconnected.

So no one has used this service? or someone you know??

I also found another one Acanac High Speed Internet. Low Cost DSL and VOIP Service don't know how comparable it is with Telehop.

Hi Guys! How are you all ? I am sara from Memphis. I must
say that this is a good forum for VOIP discussion .
During my search for for VOIP and call termination forums i found lots of forums like www .voiptm. com/vforums which is a good forum for finding Buyers/Sellers forour desired destination.
I think i have shared the beneficial information
for all of you if it is true
then please write few lines in reply. Thanks

Happy

i have used telehop as a long distance provider, i can comment on that service, absolute garbage. i'd go with acanac, no personal experience but correct me if im wrong, but they are a wholesaler u can say, meaning they rent or buy bell lines. Telehop voip i have not tried.. may i ask, why you chose to go with voip?
