We keep running...

I have been noticing a trend in our society. Actually this trend goes beyond my generation, it exists in my parents generation as well.

We keep running ... running after that ultimate "security" .. big houses, high paying jobs, 401k, investments, money, fancy cars, strong friends etc.. and we forget during this run that ultimately none of this is going to help us. None of this helps us attain the true comfort. We are restless. These days we are emotionally and physically draining ourselves, in the name of "productivity"

we are losing ourselves.. and losing it fast..

sigh.. its getting tougher..

	I agree with you 100% but there is no way around it. I think the key is to quit while you are ahead.

	But what else can be done? It's sad, but either you completely take yourself out of the race and society, or you just run along with everyone else. Until you die..sigh
