Went to watch 'Dil Bole Haddipa!'. A good movie with great songs and superb acting by all star cast. I just love the scenary of Punjab. I would like to cross over and see the indian side of Punjab one day insha allah. I still yet to visit Wagah border on my next trip to lahore.

I watched two full gripping episodes of casualty last weekend after suchhhhh a long. They've changed the star cast and brought in the new charcters (trainee doctors) who had a traumatic first day in casualty.

So ended up at Junaid Jamshed's again for Eid shopping. bought another Kurta. It was a busy sunday everywhere for muslims, with eid on it's way in 2 weeks.

Regal had a stall up outside their restuarnats, frying taazay samosay etc but who'd want to buy anything at 4pm when iftari is at 8pm...suppose it's there for parents with kiddies.

The colleagues that went gallivanting to Canada came back engaged. Yeh gora loag like getting engaged and married when they're abroad, woh bhi akele akele.

Chalo aik faida tho hai that they don't have to pay for big weddings, but you would you not like your close ones to be there ... no?

That really tells you about how much love they have for their parents/siblings/relatives. I don't blames them actually, in many English families parents have been split up and have found...

My first day back at work today, after a looooong 7 week break. I don't know where the time has flown, and alhmdulillah 2 weeks of rozay at home.

My colleagues went on a 4 week camping trip in Canada, starting off in Toronto and then making their way somewhere up north. They met soo many friendly people, one old couple who they met and chatted just only for 10 minutes invited them round to their house and offered them to stay! Which they took up (stupid goray)
