Assalamalikum,

You know I was reading over these few Quotes from the Prophet pbuh, and it struck me as to why we're so ignorant. Now please for a second, forget everything and pay attention to what I say. I'm not brainwashing you, I'm trying to wake myself up, by talking like this, and hopefully, I'll wake everyone up at the same time.

The msg of Islam, is a guide to living life. Western culture has seperated that, and it Sucks i know. Because the western ideologies and thoughts and culture seem so much better to us. DO you know why? Its because they have made paradise for themselves on earth, they have made everything sweet and pleasurable to themselves. They want INSTANT gratification. INSTANT satisfaction.

Muslims don't think like that, we have long term goals. Allah says in the Quran that he didn't create this world for play and fun, he made it to test us all.
I know its hard to change ourselves, but the least we can do is try. Try to be better muslims, Try to be better at everything we do.

Islam is nothing bad, learn it, gain knowledge about it and you'll see that for yourself. And Pray that Allah lets me see that too, because its ecstatic.

It doesn't tell you to take a knife and stab urself to please ur lord. It tells you only good things, on how to live your life, how to deal with people, how to develop a humane and compassionate character that will please everyone around you, and Allah himself.

Man is nothing but a puny creature. If we got cancer, we would cry and beg for mercy, we should be thankful we're healthy, and that we have a chance to change ourselves.
Theres a bigger life waiting for us. THis world is temporary. I hope you can understand that.

For a good read, Check out some of the Quotes of the Beloved Prophet pbuh Below.

Assalamalikum,
So it was this thursday, I was sitting in my class. The hardest course of the year. The room was filling with tension. Silence layered upon every row in the lecture hall. No sound, no noise, no echo heard.
It was the day we were getting our exams back, midterms ...
Our midterms were worth 50% of the whole course, so you had to do well if you wanted a good overall average in the final.
I was sitting on my seat, waiting ... worried, dreading the result I was about to see. My palms sweaty, my heart beating fast, my tongue engaged in prayer, as I waited for my name to be called.
At the same time thinking of what will happen if I fail, I will have to repeat the course, my parents will be disappointed, I will be sad for the rest of this semester! And my transcript will be bad afterwards.
My name was called; I went to get my exam and left the classroom.
Did I pass or fail? Well lets just say --> Alhumdulillah.

However, the point is. Afterwards I was thinking, what would happen to us on the day of judgment. Standing in front of our Lord, waiting to see the result of our life. If I was Soooo scared of this exam on a piece of paper, what will happen to me on the day of judgment? I couldn't comprehend that feeling I will have on the day of judgment.
It will not be a midterm, but a final mark. If I fail that exam, I don't have the option of repeating my life. Not just my parents, but my CREATOR will be disappointed along with the Messenger (p.b.u.h) that struggled SO HARD for me to exist as a born believer in the future...I would fail them BOTH! And I would not just be sad, but suffer in the fires of hell forever. Does that suck or what?
Have we ever thought about the judgement to come?

We're all in an exam, every single second of our lives. We try so hard to pass our exams academically, but are we passing the exam of life? :(

One day, all of us will stand in line to await our results. And that result will be the final one.

There is no better joy than to share knowledge of the truth. We have all become so tied up in the world, and everything that has no significance that we tend to forget why we are here in the first place. Who we really worship. God...or Superman?
We never differentiate culture and religion, society and values, the false and the truth, the tv remote and the Quran.
However, all of us are not dumb. We know in the back of our minds what is right, what is the truth, what must be done, and what we should be doing.

We just can't initiate that thought into action. That is our problem.
In my opinion, we lack inspiration, we lack role models, and we lack the trust in our own creator.

Knowledge, can let us attain all the preceding aspects. With knowledge we can take over the...in lack of better terms...the world. (Stop giggling! this is serious stuff!) Which world am I talking about? Your world! Yes, yours!
Deeni Knowledge (knowledge of islam, the light of islam, the guide, the solution, the achievable, the respectable, etc). is getting harder and harder to find these days. We have lots of it, we just need the correct of it. If not, atleast the basic, the general Islam, which we are lacking in our day to day lives.
We live in an age, where we question the things presented to us. We question religion, we question our creator, we question ourselves. The present is the golden age of sheytaan, he walks around with pride, because instead of leaning towards Allah(swt), we're deviating away from him.
Sheytaan is winning. We are not.
We all have fallen into a bottomless trap of great deviations, and we have been raised up with heavy cultural impact.
We have forgotten the blessings of Allah(swt). We have forgotten his love. The true love.
We have forgotten what we didn't know, we forgot what we should be looking into.
We have sold ourselves to escaping prayers, and detesting the laws of islam. We reject hijaab, and hate to wear it because it takes away beauty.
We detest the statements of the Quran, Allah's words. (yeah remember him? the one who blesses you with everything you have now. Ohh, yes, Him.)
We believe in his oneness, but never fully live with it.

We only make the hardships that Muhammad(saw) endured futile. Whenever we break the laws of islam, in essence, we're spitting at him. (naouzubillah).
We as muslims, everyday, rub our faces against the dirt, and notify the world, that we're filth.

When in reality, we were supposed to be the most blessed, and noble of all nations on earth. Why is it so hard to prove that?
Its hard because we make it hard. We want to get away from religion, because thats what everyone hates. We don't need it. When in the end, we all will fall under the feet of islam, and weep until we weep blood, and scream until we can scream no more, because then...only Islam can save us.
And the mercy of Allah...who by the way...still loves you.
