7. 	riya i think halala is wheN u divorce ur spouse, marry someone else, that marriage ends and then u re-marry the first spouse again. i think...

8. ^ no when you divorce your wife, you can only re-marry her once she marrys some1 else (with no intention of halala in her mind) and get divorced or widowed. Only then she is allowed to marry her 1st husband back. Marrying some other person just for Halalal is a sin. The marriage with this other person must be a proper husband-wife relationship, not just the nikah. (which is the price 1st husband pays for being a knob)

9. 	but i dont get it. the Halal, u can thave intention to divorce...it just has to happen... so what if it doesnt...i mean what's with halala being for the intention of remarrying 1st husband?

10. 	lets not confuse a condition with a solution. Halala is a condition, it's not a solution to remarry the wife you divorced. In normal circumstances remarrying your ex-wife is not allowed (you can not remarry her straight after giving her divorce), but if she was married to some1 else and for some reason she is single again, the 1st husband CAN re-marry her; and THAT is halala.

11. 	Halala is makrooh but falls under the cateogary where to save a marriage, makrooh is jaa'ez .. at least in the sharee'a of Abu Hanifa, this is the ruling
