What a weekend.
I've been off work for 5 days kay? And uff tobah. We had basically black bagged a lot of stuff ( i.e. stuff a clothes and extra bits and bobs that we didnt have boxes for in black bags ) and they had been piled in zains room. The wardrobe disaster was finally seen to and he managed to put it together. My mami, my sis, neice and mamus daughter were coming to stay for 2 nights and i wanted things to be perfect but considering we were still in the stages of unpacking...it was gona be one tough job to pull off. But i did do it. I am relentless when i want something done. I did so so so so so sooooooooo much work. Brought the flowers, planted them, the garden furniture. Zain new bedsheets, new mirrors and accessories. Emptied zains room out and moved all the stuff into the right places and cooked ....with a whingy baby at hand. That was tough tough work
They loved the apartment though.
On saturday we went to longleat house. I went to the safari for my birthday. It was the worlds first safari park and for all bollywood enthusiasts....its Gurkul in mohabbetin and in kabhi khushi kabhi gham....thats the house they use. Its stunning...absolutely stunning. The gardens were amazing. You enter where kareena and hrithik are stood when shes looking at guys in a line and rating them out of ten. And that huge path that shah rukh runs down when he lands of the helicopter....it is one amazing amazing place.
so all you tourists out there...head to long leat.....beautiful. It was 12 quid to see gardens and the house.....but like 4 quid for the gardens only.
And today we had a barbeque.....and went shopping...and then sent them packing
and now im at work checking what time im supposed to be here tomorrw...theres been a shift change and i couldnt remember what im in for.........so thats what happens when u have a busy life..u run around making things perfec for everyone else yet u dont have the time to check the most routine of stuff for urself
sigh
back to work tomorrow
