..in our neighborhood injured my cat 
I swear if i see the fat bully, i'm gona kill him! He doesn't own the whole mohala

Bob can't even walk
and he has lost weight too

Did she scratch the poor thing. If yes, make sure she doesnt have rabies or anyhing communicable that may put your cat at risk of getting it.
Btw My neighbor's cat is a bully too...one good thing she did was catch and kill the lizards outside our house.My husband saw her do that once
.And the other thing she did was beat the heck outta my dog...who just wanted to smell her...
