I'm about to kill someone!!! ughghgh AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

HOW DO I CALM DOWN AND NOT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL?!?! tried listening to songs, reading jokes, tried to study, called friend .... NOTHING worked!!!

anyone with any brilliant suggestions other than drinking water?
