limelight bulb about to be fused

and when its changed with a new one, it wont be on me

so bhaijaan got engaged over the weekend. didnt have a formal engagement cuz a) our famillies are scattered over the globe and b) dont want an engagement, a direct shaadi.

dates are not working for anyone unless we make him wait till next summer, something he JUST aint willing to do

ahem

so ramadan is screwing us over by falling in the middle of summer vacations meaning we can either do the wedding right before (but thats gonna be hell cuz that leaves just a month to do the preps), or we do it in october but then sis' uni will be in full gear, december is no good cuz of moharam and well that leaves march break meaning next yr meaning NO from bro and the girl .. again

oh well.. whatever the families decide.. dont think any date will suit everyone so just gotta with the flow..

im just so excited... everyone is saying we hope it works out and the union is blessed and all i am thinking bout is ... CLOTHES

i cant wait to help mom with the burry and bridal and valima outfit .. gonna get together with the girl and see what she wants and then try to do our best .. its her big day.. everything must go as she wants!

so ya.. i was the first one to get married and man did i get showered by attention.. but im soon to be kicked outta the limelight and its over to bro and his woman.. sob sob.

i dont know why but every wedding i attend makes me wanna get married again.. maybe to the same guy

its so true what ppl say.. the day goes by so fast.. sniff sniff

maybe we can do a 10 yr annivesary at the beach .. have a beach wedding.. no one allowed cept me hubby and our offspring .. tee hee heee

kher.. aariz is being nice.. he sleeps thru the night and wakes up at 6 am these days... now sleeping thru the night was a term thrown around quite loosely and i used to think it means sleeping until 8 am or 9 for a baby.. NOES... sleeping thru the night is a baby taht can sleep for 5 or 6 hours straight.. well judy be damned aariz has been doing that ever since he was born.. bekaar mein i was cussing my poor baby out.. stupid technicalities
