4 applicants…all above 48 with higher education and lot of degrees, long work experience in this field and great qualifications.

Me on the other hand…almost 24, no higher education, no degree, only 2 years experience in this particular field. My only pluss point is that I’ve been working for this company for the past 7 years and they’ve seen me working 24/7 (literally)…they know….ehum…hopefully they know what I am capable of…oh crap…who am...
