Do you answer your phone every time it rings?

I only have a cell phone. I don't have a land line. I don't answer every time it rings. It's my phone and if I don't feel like talking to someone then I won't answer.

Sometime I don't answer when someone calls because they want to talk for 30 minutes about stupid crap. Sometimes I don't answer because I don't want to be botheres.

When I call someone and they don't answer I leave a message if that is available. In this day and age of Caller ID they know I have called and will return my call in due time.

What is this need to call someone dozens of times a day after they don't answer the first time? When someone calls over and over I tend to wait for the next day to call them back. I have voice mail. Leave a message.

	I hardly ever get a call on my cell. So when it rings I tend to pick it up.

	My rule is this. If a person leaves a message then I will call him back. If he did not, then just on a missed call, I may not call him cause it could be an accident I always leave a message first time, If I dont get a call back, after due time I just call but if VM comes, I dont leave a message

I don't answer if I am busy with something...which is almost always.

I have a rule of thumb similar to TLK's....."No message, no urgency"....if someone calls I may or may not call back. If you leave me a message then I WILL call back at my earliest convenience. If the person leaves a msg saying they need to talk to me ASAP..i call back ASAP.
