I have a biostats exam tomorrow. InshaAllah, I'll rock it

I started thinking while I was stating at the equations:

(Y) = Intercept + X1 + X2 + X3 + e


Everything in my life that has been life altering to date has been due to chance and randomness. It was unexpected, came out of the blue, and completely changed the course of my life.

I like that

I know this may make sense to...

Just when I think I've figured out who I am. . .

. . . Something happens to remind me how lost I really am. . .

So how do you tell when you've really figured out who you are?

Or is it that because the only thing that's constant is the change, we NEVER figure out who we are

and if we never figure out who we are
then how do we know if we're doing what we're supposed to be doing?
or is that the whole point...

I've missed him so much. I hope the temperature gets cooler so I can snuggle into him (not that I need a reason but still). I feel like I have to play this role at work...and the more I do that, the harder it is to just relax and let go.

It's been a while since I wrote and even longer since I directed an entry at us.

I don't know if I can find the words to explain how I feel. The world is whirring by I feel like I'm missing out on living; my efforts are placed towards a future I don't even know exists.

I understand the decisions rationally and I have faith in God that they'll work. I believe it's worth the sacrifice but. . .

but. . .

I miss him and I miss us. The pressure...

I need to do more than I’m doing. I’m frightened of comfortable stagnation… and similarly terrified of change.

I am stuck.

But I will find my way out…

Why do people feel the need to question how "in love" people in love marriages really are?

and why the desire to compare to arranged marriages.

What really is the point of it all?

I'm just a little tired of hearing "statistically more love marriages end up in divorce. . .blah blah blah"

people need to take some stats classes before throwing the word "statistically" around.

We are working on a grant to integrate primary healthcare services into a behavioral healthcare setting.

Between the Medical Officer and myself, this is what we have so far:


Goal 1: Increase lifespan of mentally ill patients.

• Decrease mortality in mentally ill/ substance abusing patients by improving their medical/physical wellbeing!!!!
