Its days like this where I am so glad I am alone now. Granted, I whine all the time about it. But there are definitely days where you like the peace and quiet...being able to come home to a place where its just you and you can do whatever you want...
So I'm coming home wanting to wind up with one of those evenings, and I get a text from my ex-roomie, and she's like "hey pick me up from the airport, I'm coming home to sleep tonight", and I'm like WTF, WOMAN??
So not only do I have to go pick her up later tonight, but my alone time is completely shot.
At any rate, my life doesn't such as bad as it usually does. Its amazing what some frozen italian food can do to your mood.
500 Calories. Its the only thing I'm eating all day.
Total day's intake: 500 Calories.
This is how you lose weight without effort.

malnutrition is not a way to loose weight , it will come with weakness and regaining weight with same ration after a few months
