I'm taking the day off from my life. Just drove over to my friend's house. She is a professor of philosophy here and quite into the art scene. We're going to the book fair. Al Gore is giving a talk there and we have tickets. Awesome stuff, right? The bookfair is annual here and super amazing. My first time going to it.

And I don't realize my foot is swelling up to the size of a melon. It's bruised and swollen. I went to the doc earlier today, and it wasn't like this! I meet two guys
