I was away...i did visit orlando in december 2007 and had an eventful summer and fall with my husband's cousin family who were here for a visit. We took them to toronto for a boat and double decker tour. We took them to niagara falls, ottawa, montreal, quebec city, algonquin park, blue mountain, craigleight park, sault ste marie, lake superior park, chapleau and much more. Yet, i feel like i haven't travelled and have this urge to travel. I always want to travel. What's wrong with me? Perhaps, i feel this way because it is the holiday season and people around me are on vacation.

Qrius!!! It's so good to see you back. How have you been? It's been so long!
You and I are alike when it comes to traveling. I always want to travel...especially around christmas time, for the same reason as you. My travel, however, has to be international for me to consider it 'travel'.

SeaBssss, I am ok. I am glad to be back. When i was a kid, i used to get happy with whatever travelling...then i considered train as travelling and then airplane as travelling and now i am at this point something totally different...culturally shocking would be my new definition.
Nimko, few places i want to visit in quebec are actually the place where you go for whale watching...i forgot the name. I also want to visit the first nation places in upper quebec and i want to visit that provincial park where they have these birds..i totally forgot what they are called. I absolutely love quebec city and laurentian mountains. Actually first time i visited montreal and quebec city was in december break...and i love those places in winter as well. My favourite place in notre dame church.
Ruiner, i am glad to back as well. Yes, i had fun but i want more fun

cricketplaya, i think it all depends on one's perspective...there are things that i like about montreal. For example, i like some buildings and moments and some churches...(architecture and interior decoration, fascinates me) and i like the port area and all the winter lightening along that area. If given a choice, i would pick quebec city over montreal if thinking about a weekend getaway destination.Posted Dec 22nd, 2008 at 02:02 PM by Qrius
