everyone around me either pregnant or just had a baby.. now im feeling all lalaish and clucky.. *sigh* babies are oh so cute..

then they become toddlers and rule the entire house... hmmpf

i know if i ever have another kid (Inshallah), my lil madam is gonna boss the kid around till the kid cries mooooommmmy..

my lil madame is growing up so fast.. i cant keep up with her..

the munckin copies everything these days... from the way my mum blow dries her hair.. to the way my dad takes his medication.. she's an itsy bitsy copycat that follows you around all day long trying to see what she can copy..

im missing the brat today... i love it when she cuddles up to moi in the morning.. muah muah.....

My first ever "professional" job had similar management.. where the manager had zero mangement skills... lost his cool pretty much every 10 minutes.. had no skills in communicating with staff..

I thought I had left that behind..

I thought someone who had worked for International Companies would be slightly different... but NO.. man...

One of my team mates just got grilled for something...

I am intrigued by what our desi people do.. as in what their career paths are and who they work for..

Work is such an exciting workplace.. I mean, its a place we probably spend more than half our time at..

i love knowing what people do...

maybe im just nosey.. lol

I have a wedding to go to in a week and a half, so in order to lose a few kgs.. about 2, ive decided to go on the birmingham diet..

u know what though, its sooo much easier dieting at home.. at work its so bloody difficult... only cus u get bored and ur like, lemme eat this... neways im controlling myself... but by the time i get home to mums, i am STAAAAAAARVING...

im gonna control.. CONTTTTRRROOOLLL.. I must.. I've been able to lose 8 kgs.. so 2-3 shouldnt be hard......

I miss her... i wish she were back. I need to sit down and have a huge vent session with her..

about useless things.. about clothes things.. about nothingness.. man i miss her..

still on my probationary period and it feels like ive been doing this for months.. and my bubloo is sick at home... its hard trying to balance the two things.. trying to give both my 100%...

bubz comes first.. OBVIOUSLY.. so im gonna go home in 15 minutes and look after her..

how do other mommies balance the two???

So we finally decided to spend some quality time just 3 of us... actually we always decide that but it never gets to happen..

finally took bubba to the pools... baught her a cute lil swimsuit.. hubby was adamant we get her something that covered her shoulders (so she could wear it to the beach)... hmm well when the time comes, we can get her something to cover her shoulders... for now, i think the cosie was quite a ok..

she was a bit scared of the water which came as...

so i had the pure privledge or spending 4 whole days with my bub.. yes by the end we had both driven each other mad.. but nonetheless we had some very happy moments... one of which was her and I praying namaz..

its not an easy deal..

not to be rude or mean to anyone.. but i think a lot of people have a real misconception about marriage... not that i was not one of them.

I knew from the start it was not going to be a fairytale... i dont even know why people think that when they have lived with parents or have seen friends being married... to me its just uncomprehendable how people can even think that marriage is going to be some la la movie.. its not... but its not to say,...

i am so worn out.. physically and emotionally exhausted. This weekend (although being a quiet one) has drained me nonetheless...

i had monday and tuesday off from work, and im back today.. and usually i enjoy myself totally... but im just soooo anxious today and so not happy.. like im loving what i do.. but im just not enjoying myself.. i have no idea why..

well, maybe i do.. i just need a break.. i need 2 days off or something.. like a holiday. Not a weekend.. i want...

its the new word my bubz has learnt... My fault though cus everytime she finishes a snack I ask her if she'd like more... so now she'll carry her plate and walk towards the fridge indicating... "more? more?"

i miss her so much now than before... i guess cus shes so much more interactive and entertaining... everyday she's learning a new word Mashallah... *sigh* love u my gorgeous

sometimes i think us desis are the most judgemental of all people... why is there a need for us to stick our nose into someone else's business... no actually why is there are need for us to JUDGE???? for goodness sakes... if u call urself a "good" muslim.. or even a muslim.. then u surely must know that only Allah Mian and only He has the right to judge..

so before you go and tell me that im a bad mother, why i even had a kid.. or watever other crap you have up your sweaty...

aww it was very special for me this year

I got to sleep in.. as bubz was awake (so hubby got up to take care of her) then about an hour later.. i hear this excited screaching from outsite my room... "maaaammmmaaa.. maaammeeee... mammmaaaa".. so the footsteps come to my door and my hubby opens the door to let himself and my lil munchkin in..

she's carrying a bouquet of flowers which is probably bigger than her in height.. and she's like.. "mmaaammmaa...
