i thought shaitan was locked up during ramadan... but reading Life1 threads.... and going through ups and downs myself, i do get a bit weary...

yes, maybe shaitan has been locked up... but its the shaitan inside us that we need to lock up too... ALL THE TIME..

our arguments are only really ever about food... and that too that i dont make healthy stuff (which i believe i do most times) or that I have no concept of what healthy actually is.. which is probably true

All i know is that rice and breads and potatoes are no nos for dinner.. an dofcourse fried foods

khair, i had a really bad horrible weekend... first time ever we didnt speak to each other for a day and went to bed without talking (this was sunday night), we made up...

my CIO has asked me to toughen up to deal with one of our more crazy business units in the ogranisation.

He's going on leave for 2 weeks and has asked me whether id be comfortable with dealing with the lot..

He reckons i hold back too much :sigh: and need to just let everyone have it..

ramzan makes me spend more.. every lunch time i go out in search of buying somethign new... today i was on a mission to buy shoes and a shawl.. saw a shwal but it wasnt quite what i wanted.. but saw shoes on sale and i was stuck there for about half hour... man! i got the nicest black flats for just $24!!!!!! im stoked.. and they are leather upper.. so im happy with my lil purchase

so yesteday i was soooo peeved at my hubby that i refused to email him all day... he had asked me in the morning to meet him at his work during the lunch hour so he can show me the cake book he wants to get me.... im baking a cake for my BIL's 24th next week, so the hubz wanted to show me the cake he saw...

khair, yesterday morning i emailed him to find out what time to come.. and he said not to come during lunch anymore...

how do we know there is a heaven and hell.. how do we know that after death we will go to either one... how do i know my prayers mean something, when things keep going wrong... does it mean that i fail to see the good things in my life... or that the bad things just overshadow the good ones..

i know this all comes down to faith... but why do we have this faith? was i born with it? are people just born to accept... if so, why dont we accept everything else and just deal with it? we...

I cant believe I was feeling sorry for myself.. or do feel sorry for myself. There are people with way more hectic and busy lives than me. On a lifes problem spectrum, from 1 to 10, my problems are probably a tiny spec between 2 and 2.5. And I, make them out to be huge gigantic monstrous burdens closer to 8, 8.5

Really, I need to slap myself once in awhile to make myself realise how fine I have it.

I seem to be getting everything wrong these days..

no its not even these days.. its always.

I do good for 2-3 weeks, and then go back into my old routine.. and somehow or another things just go wrong from there on. I then again apologise and try starting from scratch again... works ok for 2-3 weeks... and boom! again the same cycle.. its ok if it happens once or twice.. the apology seems genuine.. not that its not genuine everytime... but obviously for the other person,...

The bubba is Mashallah and Alhamdulillah a lot better than before... she has becomg a sukhri, but i can live with that. I will get her back to her gubloo self soonish.. Inshallah

we had our house inspection yesterday... we had an independant inspector go out and inspect the house we're building.. and we were totally suprised by the report... pleasantly actually.

We were told the bricks were very neat and a very good job had been done of them.. the frame work was very...

my baby is sick.... i took her to the doctor and she has a stomach bug. The doctor reckons she may have gotten it from chidlcare... but i dont agree..

She got sick on Sunday... two days after being at childcare. We went out on saturday night to some halal indian/chinese restaurant.. and i reckon she got food poisoning from there. Bechari.. she's so weak.

She cant even keep herself up.. has got loose motions.. the nappy wont even hold anything in. My poor poor bubba.....

On Wednesday night... Heba fell asleep early.... unusually early, without watching her cartoons... sent me out of the room and fell asleep in about 10minutes. She just wasnt being herself..

Then woke up at 12.30am and was complaining (in her sleep) about her head.. constantly tossing and turning. Wanting me to massage her. She was clearly in her sleep. She again woke up at 3.30 complaining again.. I was quite sorried. So i called her childcare yesterday asking them if she has complained...

hubby is gonna kill me!

i just ordered 3 books of amazon thinking if i buy more books, i wont have to pay too much for the shipping.. being the dork i am, clicked ok and then got a confirmation email saying that each book had its separate shipping cost..

i didnt get a chance to write about my weekend.. so i thought why not. Just before this week ends, lemme write about my previous week.

So Friday, I had my cake decorating class. I made a purple and while clown cake for my special bachi.. she totally loved it. I wrote her name on it.. and she knows or can identify her name.. she made me place it on the coffee table. And while she ran around with the hubz, she apparently fell to one side of it.. LOL. I knew it's happen, but aah well....
