First dont call Paki to Pakistanis, secondly dont insult them. specially you are one of them too.


well its usual affair in buying and selling either agri or residential

find land and seller
put a deposit with them and sign a completion contract set a time to pay the remainder.

pay the rest payment, sign the contract through a lawyer at nearest session court/Ketchery, complete the deed of transfer. this will include the land registration fee and local taxes paid by the buyer.


on the same note, land business is sometime dodgy and its best to be present in deal personally or through your trusted person. to check everything before final deal.

hi bro buying such land is very easy,u just go to an estate agent in the area u want buy the land in and he will show u offers and for a nominal commission he will do all the paper work the land is yours but retaining and maintaining it is not easy if u dont have a village background.

My family had bought a lot of land in Pakistan (Karachi) but the land mafia there mostly the pathans occupied all of it. There are no laws in Pakistan.

depends on what u r buying and selling.

there are many many people here who do frauds and get away with it.

you'll have to be very very careful.

There are no laws when it comes to the land mafia

^ the land mafia issue is true.

but what I have learned from my dad that it's safe to buy plots by DHA. They take full responsibility and no land mafia can capture land over there.

u have made an in correct statement.

there are hundred of civil and criminal laws in Pakistan. but there enforcement is a big issue.
i wud suggest u to buy land in DHA where there is no land mafia exists.
secondly buying too much property is rather unhealthy activity.............. adversely affecting our economy.

unless you have feet on ground in Pakistan, its too risky. Basically some of your trusted person (relative, friend etc) who can be your front-man. Try to hide the fact that you are an overseas pakistani
