I have to write a report on equal employment opportunity (a current or past case, a comparison of current and past cases or a comparison of current and past laws related to equal employment opportunity). Where can I get some help? Please help!!!

Well... Equal Opportunity is not only gender related but it deals with fostering diversity at the workplace in terms of ethnicities as well as providing opportunities to people with disabilities - among other things.

You should be able to find plenty of case studies on organizations that have implemented Affirmative Action in recent years.
