they are hand made dough flowers.
Meathod:
There are several methods and doughs for making flowers,
like Italian dough, ceramic powder, porcelain and bread dough as well.
I am here giving you a tutorial of Italian dough,
because first of all its cheap on your budget
and as beginner it is better to work on it.
First we are going to make Italian dough
and than I will show you how to do the flowers
Now lets start with making the dough.
Things you required:
1 cup Cornflour
1 cup white glue
1 tsp glycerin
1/2 tsp Petroleum Jelly
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 cup water
First beat the glue, water, glycerin, lemon juice and
petroleum jelly. Beat it very well that no lumps remains.
Now add cornflour and beat again for more mixing.
Now start cooking, first cook on low flame and
when you feel that your dough become thick and
forms lumps than increase the flame and stir consistently.
You will not stop stirring for a moment even.
And don't you worry if you feel that dough is not smooth.
After 2 to 3 minutes of high flame cooking you see that
dough leave the corner and come into a shape of a ball.
When it is perfect? Simply touch the dough if it don't stick
on your finger, it is time to off the stove.

Now grease a polythene bag and put the dough in it,
and over the bag knead it well, now your dough is ready.
Keep it in bag otherwise it will become dry,
it can be store up to 2 weeks.
Now we are ready to start making flower,
here I want to mention some more things.
Oil colours will be the priority, otherwise you can use
acrylics, water colours (tubes), even powdered food colour.
Some different colours stamens, different leaf cutters (optional).
Oil colours will become darker after drying so try a little amount.
Always use Petroleum jelly when you feel it become sticky.

One more thing to remember...
what colour you want to make just add a bit white always,
it will give your flowers an opaque touch,
otherwise they look bit transparent.
I added white with red for pink shade and
green with white for leaves.A child asked God,If everything is already written in our destiny, then why pray? God smiled&said, because in few places I wrote "As u wish"

Here you can see the four colours
white, lemon, pink and green
Take a little bit of dough and make a ball
and than press it in the shape for the inner bud of the rose.
Roll it like this, now your inner bud is ready,
put it aside.
Now its the turn to make petals for the rose.
First make a ball than than transfer that ball into a tear shape,
and lastly in a petal as I show you in the above picture.
After the bud we need 3 petals for the first round, here you can see
that I attache only one side of the petal to the bud.
The second will be attached to the bud
from almost to the half of the first petal
and than first petal overlap the second one
and in the same sequence the third petal also sticked.
It is the rose of three petals, by this picture you understand that how three petals overlap each other one by one.
One thing that when you attached petals to the bud,
be careful that your petals will not go up the bud.
They should be on the same height as of the bud is.
