it is always wise to keep al your interviews open to you for future.
writing a nice declination letter is essential in this regard.

below is a sample of one.

---------
I am sorry to hear about this offer too late since I applied so long ago. I recently sign a contract to work at a college.
I was really interested in working for your organization and would appreciate if you could inform me of other opportunities maybe
during the weekends or as a volunteer.

Sincerely,
----------

share how you would word it.

Be open to new experiences because sometimes, reason is beyond comprehension.

errr - Dush jee that letter is rather poorly written - don't you think...

I've only written a declination letter once and on two occassions, I've declined over the phone.

i know, this one is not written nicely. it was a random sample, written for a position that the candidate saw online later and then wrote back, when was called for an interview.

in many fields, declination letters must be written carefully to make sure in case people will need to, that they arrange to keep their door open, otherwise.
