Tell them the truth about your marriage that you are going to get married within 6 months. If they see potentional in you they will hire you for 6 months but you know the scanario best. BTW wish you all the best luck for 2nd interview.

Why do you want to switch jobs just for 6 months ? Stick with the one you have and yes please do not waste their time , money and resources, let someone else avail the chance who might need this job more than you do.
If you join the job and leave after getting married in 6 months , they will be doubtful of other girls/women and might stop inviting other girls/women for interview for this job.
I am a man with a plan. A plan to live a simple , fulfilling life.

Truth might hurt in the short term but in the end you are the winner.
Inshallah you will get your dream job where ever you are moving to after your wedding.

^ It's really difficult to get a break in HR... I know cuz I've worked in HR and my wife is an HR professional herself - but I agree with everyone's advice here - especially in Pakistan where contacts and networks mean a lot, you're better off not burning any bridges or get blacklisted by a company. Letting them know at this point and showing your HR professionalism in understanding their situation etc. might go a long way in the future when you "might" need to get in touch with them again.

I myself was in such a situation a few weeks ago. I told them that I can start work but might have to take a break as family planning isn't over yet, it was an internal job interview, they still took me, now I will not feel guilty if I have to go away for a while
