I had my last exam today and as previously mentioned, I will have my graduation ceremony next month inshallah So I feel all at the moment

What you Majored In? Law

What are your Hopes and Dreams for the Future? To fight crime, kick out injustice and for world peace All jokes aside. I hope to go into the legal profession in some capacity. I would love to do a Masters in Islamic Law in the very near future. I was so lucky to have able to undertake the Islamic Law module at our University. It has not only taught me further about my own religion and cleared up misconceptions that even we as Muslims may hold, but also reignited the vigour to learn and go on a quest for knowledge (wish I could say the same for the rest of the degree)and to better oneself.

How hard/easy was it to Finally come to this point? It has been the hardest 4 years of my life (but then again I have hardly had to work this hard ever before!) More than the subject matter (which was drier and tougher than a piece of over-cooked lamb!), the hardest part was living away from home and the one year where I decided to commute did not make it any better. The home comforts were sorely missed, as well as family ofcourse

There were times when I really, really wanted to give up but I wanted this so bad that something still kept me strong. I guess that was the support of all my loved ones.

And How was the WALK?? I will let you know about this next month. I am so scared that I will fall over on stage or trip over my gown, or lose my hat or something daft along those lines. I also need to learn the national anthem before then!

Congratulations once again to everyone

Thinking

I majored in Political Science with the concentration of pre-law

Future Dreams: Being very honest I think I want to make a difference for the situation in Pakistan. I dunt know yet how. Also I want to do something for women's right *in Pakiistani Culture*. That I still have to figure out how. So actually I want to make a little individual difference.

How hard was it: I think 4 years seems like forever. It was mostly hard and less fun. I sometimes had to drag myself through the semesters.

How was the walk: It felt like the biggest day of my life. I felt special and it was my day. The ceremony was big one in a dome and thousands of people came in. It just made all the graduates feel special. the experience after I got homw was not special lol...

P.S. I wished I hadnt finished school yet. Its less fun without school. Cant find a job yet

Congrats Cherrybells! All the best with job hunt.

I have a question, do you want to work for women's rights in Pakistan or for women's rights in Pakistani culture overseas?

I think the best way to do that would be get involved with NGOs. There are all different kinds of NGOs working for women's rights in every corner of the world.

I am so late but I hope i can answer your questions...

I majored in Accounting and English
it was definitely a long and hard road. I actually technically graduated in August. I was one credit short but my college allows students to walk if they are less than 6 credits shy and will be fulfilling them in th summer sessions.

The walk itself was great. most everyone i know thinks its "lame" but i still loved it. we waited in the lobby for over an hour but it was all worth it when we walked in to "Pomp and circumstance." i have to say....it was one of my proudest and happiest moments (err next to the wedding )
