he is a student and need some type of jobs for his expenses

If its graduate jobs then it is really tough for non-EEA folks to get a job as employers have to employ EEA folks! :-(

So unfair isnt it!

^ I hear Pizza Hut take on Pakistani students - especially if they can do deliveries on scooter/motorbikes ... a lot more Pakistanis ride bikes than EU people. And chance of tip too. Give it go inshaAllah.
