Sorry for supper short post earlier, but was rushing that time being father of grown up children.
I am too crazy about education, and put my 100% for children education with mix results. I learn some lesson in the process.
I was successful with no3, who graduated with good honors from one of the best university, 1,2 was not so much, but Allah is kind with me that there is no major disaster.
when my no 2. was struggling in her education in Singapore, she did mentioned that she might want to change track to became art student.
As I always dreams them to get a professional education (prefers business or IT), i snubbed her are force her to try her luck in Canada.
At School at Canada one of the teacher also commented that she has good flair of writing and she should take writing seriously. She again discussed with me on taking Journalism but again snubbed her.
Finally she admitted at a good university in Canada for business program, she started struggling immediately but i stubbornly persisted finally after two years of struggling, she given up on her study and returned to Pakistan.
Upon returning here, she enrolled an art and design program, to my surprise immediately strike gold, we discovered she is hugely talented for these. To the extent now she just completed 2nd year of 4 years program, and already get an offer from a top agency in Pakistan.
Even after seeing her work a Top art school also offered her a place with advance standing with UK degree, but decided to carry on studying in Pakistan.
Now she is more happy, satisfied. And myself off course happy for her success but also lot of regrets that due to my stubbornness she wasted more then two years of her education i am not even talking about money waisted.
I learnt a valuable lesson, always try to identify the talents in the children and guide them to path they could take maximum advantage of their natural talents.
Now my biggest task for my 13 years old to identify her strengths / talents and try to nurture them, and make sure their future directions must be in line with that.
Before going further, please ask yourself
What are your key strengths?
Where your specially talented?
You have understand now a days education is an investment which should give a return in term of career enhancement, you must get a degree from an institution which is highly respected for the area of you choice. There is no point in taking a degree which is not worth of piece of paper printed on.
Are your grades good enough to meet entry requirement of good program, in Pakistan or abroad?
Please think carefully before moving forward.

further to my earlier post, if have few more questions?
How is your numerical skills?
Have you exposed to accounts and finance, if yes then, do you like the subject?
If answer of these two questions are Yes then, i would suggest that try your best to get an admission in good MBA program .
There are many schools offering this, but if you really want to make a career, better try to get into LUMS. IBA, SZABIT.
If this is not possible then, i would not suggest you instead of getting a 3rd rate degree from anyway but, go for some sort of professional qualification.
Sorry for writing too long, but I did not study beyond Metric and now education is my passion.
You are welcome if you have any more question.

Looks like you are a girl , so if you are a girl , get married to a successful guy and live happily ever after.
If you are a boy then CSS is the way to go , improving English is not a big deal , start reading a lot and in a couple of months you would start gaining the hang of it . Do an MA in English and start preparing for CSS exam.
From your post you seem to have potential and you could pass MA English with flying colors. Go for it.
I am a man with a plan. A plan to live a simple , fulfilling life.

U ARE A STEREOTYPICAL CASE. Ever wondered what bothers you? Yes, its the peer factor. Your friends. Your family. And everyone around you. Ofcourse the taunts too.
You are a failure.
Not because you are unable to do something. But because you are rushing through you're life. You want to keep busy. You want to spend it. You are gonna make a mistake and regret it ever after. SO STOP. And think. Think what you want. What are gonna do? And just keep thinking.
CSS? M.A English? Its all bullsheeeet when you are doing it just for the sake of spending time.
Live for a reason and dont find a reason to live.
Do what ur heart says to do. CSS or anything else? GO FOR IT.
btw, there are so many things.
~But the sunshine never comes!
