Hi Friends,

I have two concern areas where i need your help, let me give you a little background which will difinitely help to evaluate the situation.

I came abroad seven years ago and started my career as 'Sales Coordinator' in one of the foodstuff company. I have been serving my company in different assignments. Finally i have reached to the position of 'Product Manager' after such a great hard slog. But now i am facing a massive hurdles when it comes to the hard core marketing.

I am very good at operations and know company's in and out but now the challenge is my MD expects marketing ideas from me but honestly speaking since i am not a marketing graduate i am finding difficulties. Also, i feel that if i don't improvise on this thing i will be left way behind from my colleagues.

In october i am going to proceed for my vacation for 20 days and i want to make the best use of this time. I will be travelling to Lahore and would appreciate if you can recommend some professional Marketer or teacher at least to understand the ABC of marketing which could help me to enhance my career.

Another thing, i would like to improve my english grammar because being on a senior position i have to write a lot. I want to sharpen my skills because sometimes putting the ideas on paper are challenge for me. Again, if you can recommend someone really master in the field.

why don't you take some part-time classes where you live... tht'll be much better. Esp if ur in England they do part-time classes in lots of different fields, i doubt they do such thing in lahore (pakistan)...... All the best
