yes uni based degrees are 3 yrs or 4 yrs.
Most are now becoming 4 yrs cause some foreign uni's do not accept 3 yrs bachelor degrees.

It used to be a two years degree program - don't know the current status - for part one you have subjects like English , Islamiat , Pak. Studies , Economics ,Accounting , Statistics and Business Maths.
University of karachi is offering a four years degree program - for info regarding subjects
click @ UoK - Department of Commerce : BS(Commerce)
Most of universities now offer a four years degree program in Accounting & Finance and it requires completion of 144 credit hours of course work and 2 credit hours of internship of atleast six weeks in a firm approved by the College.
a list of required courses can been seen
BS Accounting and Finance (4 Year) Program | Institute of Business Management
it almost same for many other universities offering the same course .

actually case is i know a girl of a poor family she did matric and then due to financial problems she left studies for some years.she met me i saw she wana study so i encouraged her more for further studies and paid all for her books and fee..all pakistani students might know if u skip few years then u cant get admission in some collage so u have to study privately so she did private F.A in one year .now she wana does private gratuation in commerce (b.com) .as she lost many academic years she wana do private bcom as soon as possible in a year .give all papers combine to save her time.so thats why i m trying to gather all information about bcom.
i even dont know can one give bcom exam privately or not?in one year (sare papers ik sath dey kar)
and can u get admission in some university for masters if u studied privately and u have private degress of inter and graduation?
more information and sugession would appriate..if u have information about it do share please asap..

Well I am not sure but I think there must be some eligibility for BCOM - and it could be FSC or Inter commerce.... I dont think you can just do BCOM after doing your high school with Arts or FA as they call it .
And you can easily get admission in university as a regular student - even if you have done your last degree/ qualification as a private candidate - that shouldn't be a problem
You can sit in BCOM exams as a private candidate and You can take both years at one go !
