Divisional Public School , DPS (Model Town)
Crescent Model Sschool (Shadman Colony)
Moderate fees, moderate students from average and good families, no hanky panky, hanging out, ultra familes gals/guys and above all every year in Lahore Matriculation Board, both of these schools must have place in top 3 positions.

This is a great misconception. The 2 schools i have mentioned by no means Un-Islamic. But certainly they dont take classes of hifz-e-quran , tajweed , qiraat etc. But islamic studies, islamiat, urdu, arabic is esentially part of sylallbus throughout .Islamiat and pak studies is essential part of syllabus even at university level ( bachelors level) in whole Pakistan. There is also misconception about standards of US and UK.Let me tell you honestly education is Pakistan is much much more difficult/tough as compared to US/UK etc. O/A level students of Pakistan top in almost every subjects. Medical , Engineering / Accountancy etc education is much more difficult if you compare it with equivalent in US/UK.Even in US universities 75% students at Graduates and Post Graduates levels are Indians, Chinese,Pakistanis,Iranis,Japnese, latin etc but native are very low which shows that its not appropriate to take US/UK education as standard.

I heard that Aitchison College in Lahore is good but don't know much about it.
The ineluctable truth emerges: The journey is more important than the destination. The real fun was the struggle.

I guess the Crescent Model and Central Model were govt schools, now independent public schools

no man, Central Model School is government school from 1884 i think and still government. Crescent is private from its beginning in 1969 and still private.Crescent was actually started by Shiekh Amin, an industrialist and still board of governors of this school comprised primarily of business groups and individuals like crescent group, nishaat group etc

But Central Model School now is not so famous, government, urdu medium based school, i have found some of my friends in FSc to grasp everything as its all in English.Similar is the case with LDA school Allama Iqbal Town . Now private schools are at top in Lahore.
