Dear SindSagar could you please revisit the site and review the price again ?? ... its 95 lac = 9.5 million PKR = (1 cror - 5 lac) :P

 Thanks for clearing that up..........seems a bit high even at 95 lac............but considering the price of raw land around cities in Pakistan....one should expect that kind of price for new housing.

baria towns are good, only problem with them , they are very far from city centres.
